Rownhams Manor is delighted to announce the resounding success of its first-ever Summer Fete, held last weekend. The event saw a fantastic turnout from the local community, with residents, their families, and visitors coming together to enjoy a day filled with fun and festivity.
The fete featured a variety of attractions and activities that kept everyone entertained. A special highlight was the presence of Police Officers Tristan and Alex, whose engagement with attendees was greatly appreciated. Ems Friendly Farm was also a significant hit, bringing along a selection of friendly animals that captured the hearts of both young and old.
Tim Buckley, CEO of Oyster Care Homes, said: “We are incredibly pleased with the turnout and the positive response from everyone who attended. Events like these are essential for fostering community spirit and creating a sense of togetherness.”
Samantha Squibb, General Manager at Rownhams Manor, echoed this sentiment: “Seeing the joy on the faces of our residents and the local community was truly rewarding. The stalls, the raffle, and all the activities were well-received, and we are grateful to everyone who contributed and participated. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the day so special. We can’t wait to welcome you all again next year.”
