Wendy feels strongly that she can leverage her prior HR experience and skills to support the vision and values of Oyster Care Homes, contributing to the exceptional care and services that our residents and their families deserve. Wendy is passionate about working for a company that ensures residents are given the best possible care in a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment where every resident feels valued, respected and supported.

I started my journey in Health and Social Care in 2012 as a care assistant and worked my way up, whilst completing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistic Management. I have additional qualifications in ILM in Leading and Supervising a team.
I have found my passion in working with the elderly and providing excellent services and care. Those 12 years of care experience have led me to joining the Oyster Care Homes as General Manager. I want to be part of a team that goes above and beyond. I’m committed to the values that Oyster Care Homes holds.
I look forward to the challenges a new home represents, joining a fabulous team and the relationships that we will build with residents, their families and loved ones.
