All homesAs a sous chef in an Oyster Care home, you will operate on a 3-days-on, 3-days-off rolling rota tailored to your lifestyle. As a Sous Chef, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating the dining experience for all our residents. Our skilled creative culinary team contribute to the overall satisfaction of those we care for.
Kitchen Assistant
All homesAn integral part of our kitchen team, you'll work on a 3-days-on, 3-days-off rolling rota. We offer full and part-time hours, ensuring a work-life balance that suits your needs. As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen, supporting our chefs and maintaining a clean workspace. Maintenance
All homesAs part of the maintenance team, you will be working Monday to Friday with emergency call outs as a requirement. As a vital member of the team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the facility is safe, functional, and always looking its best. Your skills in maintenance and repairs are important and will contribute to the overall well-being and comfort of residents and staff alike.
Head Housekeeper
Furze Field Manor, Copperfield CourtOur Head Housekeeper will work on a 3-days-on, 3-days-off rolling rota. As the leader of our housekeeping team, your role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards. Coordinate and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of our home. Join us in creating a welcoming and hygienic environment that impacts the well-being of residents and staff alike.
Housekeeping / Laundry
All homesJoin our housekeeping team and enjoy a dynamic 3-days-on, 3-days-off rolling rota. We offer full and part-time hours, providing an ideal work-life balance. As a crucial member of the team, you'll contribute to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all our residents. Your role will involve housekeeping duties and ensuring laundry services run smoothly. Our team upholds the highest standards, making a positive impact on residents and their well-being.
Night Care Team
All homesOur night care team consisting of Deputy Night Manager, Senior and Night Care Assistants provide safe and extensive support, assisting our residents with their needs. A shift pattern of 8pm – 8am across three consecutive nights, followed by three consecutive nights off enables you to maintain consistent support for our residents, while also fostering a healthy work-life balance.
