Furze Field Manor recently welcomed Cassia Jordan, Regional Recruiter, as she took part in a “back to the floor” shift with the Housekeeping Team. Guided by Yasmin, the home’s Head Housekeeper, Cassia gained valuable insight into the responsibilities of a Housekeeping Assistant.
Although Cassia recruits for a variety of roles, this experience was particularly timely as she is currently supporting Furze Field Manor in recruiting for the Housekeeping Team. Her hands-on experience will help her connect more effectively with prospective applicants and share first-hand knowledge of the role.
