With a wealth of experience in healthcare and a deep-rooted connection to the Yeovil community, Stacey is set to play a key role in ensuring that Potter House delivers exceptional, person-centred care from the moment residents and families walk through the doors.
Stacey brings extensive experience in the healthcare sector, having worked across GP surgeries, hospitals, and administrative roles. Her background in care has given her a strong appreciation for excellent customer service, and she is passionate about ensuring that every resident, family member, and visitor feels valued, respected, and supported.
Speaking about her new role, Stacey Jarrett, Front of House Manager at Potter House, said:
“Having lived in Yeovil all my life, I’ve watched Potter House take shape over the past six months, and I’m thrilled to be part of its journey. I take great pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents and their families feel at home. My goal is to ensure that everyone who steps through our doors experiences the care, dignity, and respect they deserve.”
Designed and built by LNT Construction, Potter House has been purposefully created to provide high-quality nursing, residential, and dementia care. The home features state-of-the-art facilities, including en-suite rooms, garden rooms, a hair salon, library, bistro, cinema, and café, offering residents a comfortable and enriching lifestyle.
Potter House is also leading the way in sustainable care, incorporating solar panels, a two-day energy battery storage system, and a ground-source heating system, supporting Oyster Care Homes’ commitment to achieving net-zero carbon emissions.
Outside of work, Stacey is a devoted mum to her teenage daughters, Annabelle and Beth. She loves spending weekends at the beach or exploring National Trust properties and has a passion for cooking, gardening, and hosting cheese and wine nights with friends. Family and connection are at the heart of everything she does – both at home and in her role at Potter House.
With Potter House set to open soon, Stacey is excited to welcome new residents, families, and team members, ensuring that everyone feels at home from day one.
