Oyster Care Homes is excited to announce the addition of Potter House in Yeovil, Somerset, marking its sixth care home within the group. Developed in partnership with LNT Care Developments, this brand-new, purpose-built home is designed to provide high-quality residential, dementia, and respite care in a comfortable and engaging environment.
With the keys now officially handed over, General Manager Callum Pearce and his team will begin their induction on Monday, 24th March, ahead of welcoming the first residents on 14th April.
In the run-up to opening, Potter House will host a Cheese & Wine Evening on 25th March, offering an early opportunity for families and the local community to visit the home, meet the team, and learn more about its services. On Saturday 5th April, friends, families and neighbours are also invited to Potter House’s BBQ event from 1 pm – 3 pm. Everyone will get to sample delicious food from the home’s amazing chefs and take part in archery, fencing and axe throwing. Following this, the Grand Opening event is scheduled for 8th May, promising a warm welcome to all who attend.
