Copperfield Court’s Latest Wellbeing Wildlife Session: Learning About Birds

18 October 2024 Copperfield Court

At Copperfield Court, our residents are thoroughly enjoying their weekly Wellbeing Wildlife sessions, kindly hosted by the wonderful team from Kent Wildlife Trust. These sessions provide a fantastic opportunity for them to connect with nature, learn new things, and engage in stimulating activities.

This week, residents learned about different bird species and their unique sounds. To put their new knowledge to the test, they participated in a fun quiz where they had to match the bird calls to the correct species, leading to lively conversations and a few laughs as they playfully reminded each other not to copy.

In addition to the bird quiz, residents began crafting pine cone bird feeders using a variety of seeds, aiming to attract an array of birds to our garden. These feeders will bring even more wildlife to Copperfield Court, allowing residents to enjoy the beauty of nature right on their doorstep.

We are looking forward to seeing who comes to visit us in the coming weeks!
