The menu was thoughtfully crafted to include a range of authentic Jamaican dishes. Residents savoured flavourful curry lamb, hearty vegetable rundown, and the classic rice and peas, which added the perfect complement to each meal. They also tasted mac and cheese pie and sunshine slaw, providing a refreshing crunch, before finishing off with a rich and decadent Jamaican chocolate Guinness cake.
