Sam finds great fulfilment and a sense of purpose in supporting those she cares for. One key thing she has learnt over the years is that communication and transparency are key to maintaining good relationships and to create a thriving team. Sam believes that no matter the style and size of home you live in, what’s most important is how you feel when you are there. Home is where you are free to be your authentic self, and this is certainly something that Sam strives for. Sam loves integrating with the residents and team members and bringing a sense of community within the Home creating a culture where Care is driven by those that receive it.

Karen is committed to providing the very best person centred care to clients, ensuring that they live life to the full and is delighted to be working for a company which shares the same values. When not at work Karen can often be found battling weeds on her allotment.

With over 25 years of experience, he has worked as a chef in various venues and at prestigious events, including Royal Ascot, Wimbledon, and Twickenham.
Recently moving to the care industry, he truly enjoys cooking for residents and listening to their feedback. Taking pride in ensuring their dietary needs and preferences are met with every meal.
In his leisure time, he enjoys reading cookery books, cycling, and playing five-a-side football.

Mark has worked as a maintenance gardener in the care industry for just over four years. During this time, he has gained extensive experience in the day-to-day operations of luxury care homes.
He finds his role highly rewarding, as it allows him to help residents feel safe in their new home and assists them in personalising their rooms by hanging pictures and decorations.
He trained as a gardener at Sparsholt College in 2020, and see’s potential in the beautiful, expansive grounds here at Rownhams Manor.
