Wendy is passionate about working for a company that ensures residents are given the best possible care in a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment where every resident feels valued, respected and supported.

Loraine brings a warm and welcoming presence to Furze Field Manor, dedicated to creating the best possible experience for residents, their families, friends, and everyone who steps through the door.
With over 10 years of experience as an education consultant, Loraine supported families relocating to the UK from around the world, helping them navigate the school system and find the right fit for their children. She enjoyed securing placements at dream schools or finding creative solutions when spaces were limited—a testament to her resourcefulness and dedication.
Now, Loraine channels her compassion and empathy into her role at Oyster Care Homes, supporting residents, families, and staff alike.
Outside of work, Loraine loves travelling, particularly to France to visit friends and to Ireland to reconnect with family.

Sara has worked in care for over 10 years.
She began her journey as a Senior Care Assistant, where she developed a deep passion for dementia care, leading to her completing her NVQ Level 3 and progress to the role of Team Lead.
Her passion remains centered on ensuring that those living with dementia, or in a care home setting, experience a quality of life filled with care, empathy, and compassion. She believes this is her role and purpose. Now, as the Care Manager, she continues to lead with these values, striving to provide meaningful interaction and engagement for every resident, while also supporting their families as they navigate the care journey.

Yasmin has owned and run several businesses, including catering, building, and design, before joining the care sector at Oyster. She enjoys being in a care environment and being part of a team that can make a difference in people’s lives. Yasmin’s experience with several family members in care settings led her to choose to work at Furze Field.
A perfectionist with a keen attention to detail, she is passionate about ensuring that our residents feel at home and comfortable in a spotless environment.
In her personal life, Yasmin enjoys family time and cooking for loved ones. An animal lover, she cares for her menagerie, which includes several neighborhood cats and a goose named Dolly!

He loves to cook fresh, nutritious dishes for the residents and eagerly anticipates seeing our community at Furze Field grow while getting to know our residents’ favorite meals. His speciality is cakes and desserts, so there will always be a freshly baked showstopper ready for our residents and visitors!
