Eve began her career working as a care assistant in 2011 before ‘climbing the ladder’ eventually progressing into a Registered Manager role and achieving an NVQ level 5 in leadership and management for adult social care. Eve’s passion for providing exceptional levels of care is fuelled by wanting to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families that make a real difference. Eve is very excited at the opportunity to lead Copperfield Court and work alongside the wonderful care staff and residents. She is committed towards building a contented community and a place the residents are proud to call home.
