Bianca Wilson

General Manager

Bianca is passionate about care and delivering a high standard of living that enhances quality of life. With a deep love for the profession, she is committed to ensuring that care is provided with dignity, kindness, understanding, and respect.

Believing in the importance of empowering and continuously developing staff, Bianca strives to equip teams with a vast skillset to handle every eventuality. It is a priority that everyone who enters Collington Park Lodge, in any capacity, feels welcomed, comfortable, and supported.

With 21 years of experience in the care sector, Bianca has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise. A firm believer that working in care is a vocation, she is dedicated to building a team of compassionate individuals who will advocate for residents and create a positive, thriving environment.

Outside of work, Bianca enjoys baking, swimming, embroidery, reading, and gardening. Married to a very patient husband, she has a daughter currently studying to be a nurse, two cockapoos, a cat, and a budgie. Having grown up in South Africa, her love for the outdoors, BBQs, and summer is always close to her heart.

Paula Hepworth

Care Manager

With over 25 years of experience in the care sector, Paula is deeply passionate about delivering compassionate, person-centred care. She believes that moving into a care home is not the end, but the beginning of a new and enriching chapter. Her commitment to dignity and respect empowers residents to create new memories, enjoy meaningful experiences, and continue living life to the fullest.

As a leader, Paula fosters a supportive and inclusive environment where both residents and team members can flourish. She encourages ongoing personal and professional development and consistently strives to uphold the highest standards of care.

Outside of work, Paula is a devoted mother of two and loves watching her children grow. She enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and cherishing quality moments with her family. Her warmth and dedication shine through in all she does—both professionally and personally.

Paula Jayne Hulatt

Front of House

Paula has worked in Health and Social Care on and off since 2020, gaining valuable experience and a strong passion for supporting others. As Front of House, she is often the first face families see, and she takes great pride in offering a warm, welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door.

Paula’s core values centre around delivering outstanding customer service and treating every individual with kindness, dignity, and respect. She understands how emotional and overwhelming the decision to move a loved one into care can be, and she is committed to providing empathy, reassurance, and clear communication at every stage.

Outside of work, Paula is a proud mum of two. She enjoys staying active with outdoor walks and family adventures, and cherishes time spent with loved ones. Whether supporting families or building connections with residents and colleagues, Paula values meaningful relationships and brings a thoughtful, caring presence to everything she does.
